This Living River report highlights results from Nogales Wash to Amado during the 2018 water year (October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018). Comparisons are made to conditions in 2008, which is the baseline water year before the wastewater treatment upgrades. Living River reports were launched in 2008, when Sonoran Institute began tracking conditions of this stretch of Santa Cruz River in Santa Cruz County that flows year-round.
