You’re invited to come celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the rain garden Watershed Management Group (WMG) and Sonoran Institute installed at New Hope–Nueva Esperanza Church on Tucson’s Southside in February 2018. Come check out the place after a year of harvesting the rain and see how its working. We will be having a maintenance work party to clean up, weed, add mulch, check the rock work, install some signage and enhance community!
After the maintenance workshop we are going to have a chance to relax and interact with all the participants and enjoy some delicious food prepared by the church.
So come and celebrate, work and eat!
