Join us for 2024’s first “River Cleanup and Wildflower Party!” This family-friendly event, in partnership with Ironwood Tree Experience, features ADA accessible activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all. Thanks to the Tucson Ward 1 Participatory Budget De la Gente grant, we aim to remove 2000 lbs of trash and sow wildflower seeds.
- When: January 20, 2024 – 9:00am to Noon
- Where: Verdugo Park – 902 S. Verdugo Ave, Tucson, AZ 85745
- Parking is available at The Tuxon or streetside.
- Activities: Food Trucks, DJ, Crafts for Kids, Live Reading by Logan Phillips, and Prize Giveaways!
- Goals: Remove 2,000 lbs of Trash & Spread Wildflower Seeds
