The Living River series tracks river conditions of the Santa Cruz River. This report is the second for the Lower Santa Cruz River and provides a summary of the initial improvements after the upgrade of the two wastewater reclamation facilities that release effluent into the river. This is a publication from the Living River Project, a collaboration with Pima County.
