The Sonoran Institute is pleased to announce the results of the recent Request for Proposals (RFP) process, published on May 7, 2025. After a thorough evaluation based on the established criteria, the following vendors have been selected:

We thank all 14 participants for their submissions. We acknowledge and appreciate the effort and professionalism demonstrated in each proposal, which contributed to a competitive and thorough evaluation process.

These projects are federally funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) administered by the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA). SI-SCR-001 will identify a management strategy for water deliveries and restoration activities to optimize habitat restoration, connectivity, and social benefits. SI-SCR-002 will evaluate community and ecosystem benefits of the river to inform future restoration scenarios.
